Quick Tips For Earthing On the Go For the Busy Girl
 Here are some quick tips for earthing on the go for the busy girl!  I don't know about you, but even though I practice the art of slow living, some days are hectic and crazy.  Those are the days when we need the most self-care, but unfortunately, don't have a quick minute to make time for it.  Read on to find out how earthing and grounding your energy can change that.

If there's one thing you should do each and every day, it's earthing.  Earthing is where you use the bare earth and the touch of your body to create a fast yet effective energy healing.

I recommend starting your day with this if nothing else because even five-minutes of earthing energy can heal you through your mind, body, and soul.  It's fast, it's energetic, and it's something proactive you can do for your health and well-being.  It's instant feel-good vibes in your soul.  What could be better than that?

This is going to be so easy, you will wish you have done it sooner.  By the way, if you can, I recommend trying it on a slow day first so that you can note the feelings it gives you and watch the clouds drift and make pretty artful shapes.  If you can't, don't put it off, just get started!  You won't be sorry, I promise.

My Quick Tips for Earthing On the Go

Method One:  Lie in the grass or on soil for at least five minutes or more.  You can choose to do this clothed or naked.  If you live where there's snow, create a patch of earth in the shape of a square to keep inside your home full-time and use method number two.  Bonus points for lying in the sand on the beach.  There's a special kind of mermaid energy there.

Please Note:  You can earth using snow, but it might require getting dressed weather appropriately first, which could take up more time.  Snow is a whole different kind of earthing method that I haven't touched on because I live in Florida.

Method Two:  Stand barefoot on the grass or earth for five minutes or more.  Close your eyes if you like and just enjoy.

To amplify either method, close your eyes and listen to the sounds of the birds chirping or bees buzzing and raise your arms to the sky.

Method Three:  (Alternative Method)  Lay down or stand barefoot on wood.  Again, wood is an element in feng shui with its own special burning energy.  Utilize it on your wooden porch or bridge.

That's it.  Easy, peasy, right?  What happens is that the earth will heal you automatically, much like meditation will.  It is a very calm, serene feeling.  It grounds your root chakra, creating stability in your life and throughout the rest of your day.

There you go!  Making time each day to ground yourself will be time well spent.  The best part is that it doesn't have to be a chore or take up your whole day.  For longer days, I recommend taking a nature walk for natural healing.
